Do all women have hair above their top lip and some on their chin? Im not talking full beard, just pieces? I know one female that i work with has almost half a beard on her chin and she refuses to shave it...to each their own, I guess .. but she would be very pretty without the beard and i would date her if only i could get past the beard thing

Uhm yes. Men and Women have the same setup.. they normally do not have the hormones that makes the facial hair grow beyond a slight fuzz.

I would say this is true about most women, not all. Some of us are lucky to have light hair and it doesn't really show much unless you look really close.

American men like their women bald except on their head, the European are more accepting.

everyone has body and face hair. just that some are more visible than others. this woman probably feels comfortable the way she is and it's obvious that you are the one having trouble dealing with it. it is surprising when you get to know people better , there are some things you don't notice anymore. work related dating isn't a good idea anyway .

Many women hairs like that, not all. Many women have hairs like that between and under their eye brows, too. It is rare that a women have a half beard unless she HAS been shaving it. The best way to get rid of these hairs is to pluck them with tweezers.

If a woman refuses to remove these hairs from their face then they have no self respect. Besides, can you imagine what their armpits and other places might look like? Steer way clear of these bearded women, "pretty" or not.
